Research use only

All products sold by Northbound Peptides are intended strictly for laboratory and in-vitro research use only. They are not drugs, dietary supplements, cosmetics, or food, and are not for human or veterinary consumption, diagnosis, treatment, cure, or prevention of any disease or condition. Nothing on this site is medical advice.

Eligibility

By placing an order you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years of age, that you are a qualified researcher or institution (or authorized purchaser acting on their behalf), and that you will handle, store, use, and dispose of all products in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and good laboratory practice. You assume full responsibility for the lawful use of anything you purchase.

No human use

You agree not to administer, ingest, inject, or otherwise introduce any product into the body of a human or animal. Northbound Peptides accepts no liability for any misuse of its products, and any such use is a breach of these Terms and is entirely at the purchaser's own risk.

Payment

Orders are paid by Zelle (bank-to-bank transfer) using the order number as the payment memo. Your order is reserved when placed and is confirmed for shipment once payment is received and matched to your order number. Title and risk of loss pass to you on dispatch. Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice; the price shown at checkout is the price that applies to your order.

Shipping

We ship within the United States only. Orders with confirmed payment received before 2:00 PM Central Time ship the same business day, otherwise the next business day. A tracking number is provided once your order leaves our facility. We are not responsible for carrier delays once a package has been handed off.

Returns, refunds & cancellations

Because these are sensitive research materials, all sales are final and we do not accept returns of opened or unopened product. Refunds and credits are not issued except where we have made a verified fulfillment error (wrong item shipped, or product damaged in transit). To report a verified error, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. Any remedy is at our sole discretion and is limited to replacement of the affected item or, where replacement is not possible, store credit. Chargebacks or payment reversals filed without first contacting us are a breach of these Terms.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Northbound Peptides' total liability for any claim arising out of or related to a product or order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, and we make no warranties of any kind beyond identity and purity as stated on the applicable Certificate of Analysis.

Compliance

The regulatory status of research compounds changes over time. It is the purchaser's responsibility to confirm that purchase, possession, and intended research use are lawful in their jurisdiction before ordering. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
